Privacy Complaints Procedure
Lease & Business Finance Limited are committed to treating each of our customers fairly and we endeavour to achieve the best level of customer service and satifaction at all times. However we appreciate that in some instances there may be a reason that you are unhappy with the service you have received from us.
We treat all complaints seriously and wish to resolve them as soon as possible ensuring that the complaint is addressed, investigated and answered swiftly and effectively.

The following steps will be taken once we receive your complaint:
* All complaints will be acknowledged by us within 7 working days by your preferred method of contact
* We will carry out an investigation of the complaint, so that we can provide you with a fair and appropriate response
* We will aim to resolve your complaint within 8 weeks and will write to you with the outcome and advise what to do if you are not satisfied by our response
If you do not feel satisfied with our final response you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk or by contacting them at 0800-623-4567.
