Debby Lockett

Debby Lockett started the business in 1994, having previously worked for several head lessors.

Now that Debby's children are grown up she has taken up golf and is hoping to improve her handicap soon.

Tracey Williams

Tracey joined Debby in 1997, and has helped to grow and shape the business as it is today.

Tracey loves to run and cycle and in 2017 completed a coast to coast in Scotland covering 105 miles.

Our story

Debby worked for many years in the leasing industry with companies such as Lloyds Bowmaker and US Leasing before setting up on her own business following the birth of her son in 1994.

When the business first started it only had one funder to use, where as now LBF have in the region of 10 funders that we regularly sources finance for our business customers.

IT and software were the main industries that we arranged finance for, but over the 24 years in business that has now changed and we can finance almost anything tangible for a business.

Debby was joined by Tracey in 1997. Tracey helped with the operational side of the business to make the deal processing run more smoothly.

LBF is based in the Jewellery Quarter area of Birmingham. As a finance facilitator we work with direct customers and suppliers all over the UK. We provide direct customers with a finance option when they are looking to purchase or refinance equipment. We furnish suppliers with the facility to be able to give their customers a finance option when purchasing from them.
